Cost of phoning from UK to friends roaming in Spain
I'm currently on holiday in Spain, so, under latest EU directives, I can call friends in the UK whilst roaming, and just use my contracted 600 minutes allowance, with no nasty bill surprises.
But what if family in the UK want to call me? I'm in Spain with my UK mobile - will they be charged extra, or can they just use free minutes too?
