Flight Delay Compensation Thomas Cook

I have just received an email from Thomas Cook attaching an e voucher for 710.00 following a complaint I had submitted via resolver tool. We had a 17 hour delay from Belfast to Lanzarote a couple of weeks ago due to technical problem. They state this is full and final settlement. Can I request cash or could end up losing the voucher ? Is there any particular wording I can quote in response ?

EU flight compensation regulation 261/2004 - for flights between 1500 and 3500 km (belfast to Lanzarote) its 400 euro per person for delays over 3 hours. Fixed.
Oh and its cash. Tell them that. (or cheque/bank transfer). They know that but will offer vouchers. Send them your details for cheque or bank transfer.0 -
You might be better posing the question over on the flight delay compensation board, although joes answer sounds about right
