I would be one of the culprits you want to put in the stocks, I see absolutely no point moving my car two feet, when 1 minute later I can move it 20
Im at point x and go straight to point z, no need to stop at point y, one movement instead of starting and stopping twice for the same effect in the same amount of time0 -

He wouldn't like following me either. I will creep along at tickover hoping the car in front has moved by the time I get there

And having zero consideration for anybody behind you.
During that 1 minute, 10 cars have probly failed to make it on the motorway a mile behind you because you basically hogged all that empty space in front of you

I've often seen people undertake in the middle lane then dive into the gap that's been left.0
