Two Companies operating under no win no fee Flightdelays---Flightdelayed one letter different you ask for help from one of the companies you get bombarded with emails asking to fill in forms one company it appears comes back with second request so you send off the second claim, Flightdelays claim success deduct their fee and forward the balance and then the second company sends you a email stating you have had two companies acting on your claim and send you a invoice for 300 euros any advice is most welcome
Thanks
A bit confusing "trading standards" if two "separate Companies"

1- FlightDelays
2- Flight Delayed

3- One company FlightDelays won a claim for a Delayed Flight
4- The other company FlightDelayed are claiming 300 euros compensation to cover the cost of investigating the same claim how do i stand0 -
Have FlightDelays paid you? If so how much for what? Did they make any deductions?
Mud clearing but still looking a bit murky.0 -
If you have instructed two different claims agencies in relation to the same claim you may have to pay both. One for getting compensation and the other for withdrawing instructions from them.0
