    So, if I do not receive the money tomorrow, which is the 10th working day, what would you advise?

    No - I hadn't had my answer.

    My card provider says it could take ten working days, tomorrow is ten working days. I am likely not to receive anything.

    I have no reply from Coral as to where the money is.

    And the topic is what to do in regards to the refund.

    google the CEO email address for coral and then email them

    I would suggest giving them a few days grace and if the money hadn't been returned by, say, next Wednesday, speak to your bank again.

    How much money are we talking about here?
