Going to list a Next refund card on Ebay- Any issues need to look for?

I have a Next refund card of £35. I took a unwanted gift back last year. Prefer to sell the card for less cash, as nothing I want in there, nor likely to shop there.

Yesterday I went in store. I got Next to test the card was still vaild and it all ok. It's the card with a code at the back (still intact), you rub off for I assume online purchases?

Is there any real major issues selling these on Ebay? They seem to be popular sellers, but that doesn't mean, as the seller you won't run into grief.

Anything I have to be aware of ie description etc?

If it's too much hassle on Ebay. I might try Facebook selling?

I would try the fb selling first, to be honest .

Easy to say 'lost in the post'
Even if cashed theres no way to prove anything . Too many scammers on Ebay.

Could you not buy say underwear or a birthday gift with it

I don't giving the likes of Next any cash. If gonna buy china/india made goods. I pay china india prices!

I just looked further on Ebay & Next cards are good selling products. Though the transactions look suspect?

One card had £30 credit and the buyer paid £28. Is it really worth it for £2. Seen a few other examples like this on there. Unless buyers knows they will eventually get the sum for free via ebay case?

All look dodgy to me. I think I might roll with the FB selling cash in hand!

Sell it on Facebook or somewhere similar.

Ebay every transaction is done on trust of the buyer & in this item I suppose much more!

Sell it to Cardyard, will get £28 for a £35 voucher.

I've used them before and got the money the day it was delivered to them

Do you have the gall to loiter in Next and ask a customer that is paying by cash to use it there and then while you are with them.

My dad did this with a store credit note when I bought the *wrong* school skirt

If it was Primark I might be tempted. Though in Next I think it's more of classer customer. I'll probably get sneered upon being peasant like!

Blimey I've never thought of Next as a store with a classier customer base. John Lewis or Selfridges, but never Next.
