not recieving a POPLa code from indigo is normal , fortunatly you are within a month of when they said (or will say)b they posted/emailed it to you
others will assist with email addresses etc , but you must QUICKLY contact the BPA , DVLA and INDIGO , unless you do this quickly they will claim to have sent a POPLa code that is (funnily enough) just expiredSave a Rachael

Well I appealed on the 16th June with no response since. Thats over 1 month.
I have just today received an email from ZZPS (part of Indigo?) who are asking me to contact them 'about a personal business matter'.
Not entirely sure where to go from here, happy to contact them but would prefer advice beforehand.
Surely they're just meant to give me a POPLA code and thats it? Should I just contact them and demand a POPLA code?0 -
you can complain to INDIGO that you appealed and give them another copy of it
you can also complain to the BPA and the DVLA about being chased by a debt collector (ZZPS) whilst an appeal is in progress
ignore ZZPS , they are a third party debt collector (DCA) and not part of indigo0 -
Just complain to the BPA and David Dunford of the DVLA that you've appealed, Indigo have not responded, nor provided a POPLA code, and have now seemingly instructed debt collectors.
Complaints to the BPA and DVLA can be emailed to:

zzps are debt collectors , not part of indigo , indigo send all claims to zzps after one month , they do not like giving POPLa codes out , because they CANNOT win cases at railway carparks
incidentally a bit or research would show that the parking contract is actually with a different company that are issuing tickets! , full complaint time BPA and DVLA ,those !!!!!!s (indigo) are taking the %iss out of the system by failing to adhere to BPA code of practice , you want the date and the POPLa code that they issued sending to you by the BPA , any %ull%hit and you write to the DVLASave a Rachael

The first appeal is moot really. The idea is to get a POPLA code so you can do a real appeal.
If your brave you can put:
Dear Indigo I wish to appeal innit.
I did not park rong. I is innocent innit. Giz us de POPLA codez as I wishes to appeal. Dis is defo an appeal so sendz de code.
LuvZ
Xxxx
I sent that to one company and they mailed back the ticket was cancelled. I think they knew I just wanted to cost them at POPLA.
Only do this if you are brave though.
Sorry, know I'm a bit behind, just wanted to say how much this made me laugh. Especially the bit about it being cancelled by return.
