I currently have the maximum credit score and don't want to lose it. However, I have the possibility of transferring cash from a 0% card to my bank account, which would be very useful right now. Does anyone know how this would affect my credit score?

It may or may affect your score, as that is largely fictional and can be ignored.
The additional credit use will show on your credit file and will be factored in by lenders. It won't be treated as a cash advance though, if that is your concern.0 -
