I've noticed Virgin have recently introduced a new offer where you can earn 5 free minutes a day, all you do is make 5 minutes of calls a day and the next 5 are free. You have to sign up online or via 789 from your mobile.

Could you tell me where I can sign up for this online.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0

You need to have an account online with your number registered, once done you just log in and signup. It should be be option on the left hand menu.0

I must be blind because I cannot see this option among the 13 on the LHS menu. I assume I am looking in the right place. It's the one that says such things as "View Recent Payments" and "View Bills Online"What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
4th option down, says 'Bonus Minutes'0

That's not on my menue. The 4th option on my menu is "Order an E-topup card". Could it be because I am on the PAYG Direct Debit plan ?
Edit.
It looks as though I was right. I have a second Virgin PAYG number which I don't use, and is not registered as a DD PAYG number. If I click on that account then there is the option for the bonus minutes. I wonder why us customers on the DD plan are excluded ? It's not as though we are on a monthly contract, we are on PAYG.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
tristontana,
in your position, I would write them an e-mail. It is not fair that DD PAYG customers are not included.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

Somebody on another forum (who supposedly works for Virgin Mobile) has answered my query. To quote :-
Direct Debit customers have different advantages to being on direct debit - They have half price minimal call charge, free voicemail plus, more countries for roaming to be set in...What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
