Which phone has best camera?

Have had an offer leaflet from Virgin for the following phones: LG K8, Sony Xperia E5, Sony Xperia XA and Samsung Galaxy J3 2016.
All are around same monthly price and have same 4G data. At this point in time I am chiefly interested in the quality of the camera's photos. Anyone able to comment?

They will all take good on the fly photo's.
