Supanet Review

After being completely messed around with Sky and getting less than 1MB at night times and my bills going up and up I decided to leave them after at least 10 years and joined a company called Supanet on my Sister's recommendation.
It's not often I leave reviews and to be frank even less often when I leave a good one, however having had SO MUCH trouble with Sky, the way Supanet have helped has been fantastic.
Firstly Sky put a cancellation on my telephone line so that I couldn't even place an order with Supanet, they explained that because what Sky had done I'd probably be without broadband for a week or two and would probably lose my number. Nightmare. They gave me the advice on what to say to sky about removing the "cease" so I could place an order and if they refuse to threaten with Ofcom. Worked like an absolute charm, but Sky were very reticent until Ofcom was mentioned.
Now I could place an order we did so, just form normal broadband and line, about a week after placing the order a new router arrived and then about a week later we switched over. Speeds immediately went up to 7MB and even though it's a little lower at night times the speeds are still much better than Sky at about an average of 5.5MB.
I have to say that Supanet have been excellent, the live chat agents are a boon to the company and are very helpful, friendly and polite.

Have they still not sorted the low speed in the evening / at night out yet?
I was battling with management about that when I worked there many years ago!0
