How to replace shower head?

Hello all
My shower head has developed little holes in it, just next to where the water comes out. So I want to know what would be a suitable shower head replacement? If anyone has any links that would be great, I was looking at this, do you think this would work?

Heres a pic of my shower. I tried using silcone sealant but it didnt work, you can see it on the picture

Possibly.
Is yours an electric shower? They usually need heads intended for electric showers which don't let too much water through.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Do you need the hose & bracket? the hose just unscrews (don't lose the rubber washer). If not, this would probably do

Blackcloud - hope you don't mind me asking as well.
I have a Triton electric shower and it sometimes drips from the shower head when the shower is off. I noticed bits of what look like loose parts from ? a thin rubber ring (would this be a damaged rubber washer, flashg67?) landed on the attached soap dish. Would this mean that I should order both a new shower head and a hose?
Thanks very much for any answers and, if possible, a link for what to buy please.

Flashg67 - can you tell me if the washer is in the shower head itself or is it in the hose, please? I hope it is not a stupid question, thanks. I'm all set to order the eBay one southcoastgirl kindly recommended as in blackcloud's original post.

Check whether your water company offers water saving shower heads. Ours sends them out for free.0

The washer sits inside the part of the hose you screw onto the head,
