Can't log in to Easyjet

Hey guys

Booked a holiday through travel counselors to stay in a James villa flying with easyjet in August, but I can't log in to manage the easyjet booking. Any idea why? tried using the James Villa holiday reference but to no avail...it's properly stressing me! Plus I'll need to check in online....

Does it say you can only log in a few days before travel to the easyJet website?

No I don't seem to have a 6 letter reference.

You'll have to ask James Villas for it. Have you paid the full balance?That's when they usually give it to you. As you said you'll need it for online check in so they have to give it to you.

This baffled us too when we last booked with them - not sure what the result was - either you use the booking reference to manage the booking or the flight ref.

Contact James Villas for the easyjet booking ref or you won't be able to log into the easyjet website

Some holiday companies (and travel agents) actually check in for you. Check with your agent.

Nah, deffo says I have to check in ourselves.

When we booked through travel republic I think, accommodation and an easy jet flight.
They only sent us the easy jet ref once we'd paid in full.

I only discovered this fact when I also tried to look at easy jet and couldn't so called travel republic. And they explained how they work.

Maybe James villas is the same?
