I would be surprised if any defendants lose v Heath Parade claims, except for those poor saps who fail to defend/fail to turn up due to being scared.

PCM predatory charges for a few minutes stopping should be illegal (in fact they are unlawful, because there is no contract capable of being fairly formed and no grace period was allowed so PCM operate in breach of the CoP) but Trading Standards take no interest whatsover so nothing is done.

VERY WELL DONE for taking the leap of faith needed - to you and the Defendant.

my thread is heath parade fiasco as I have not paid enough attention to court procedures. is it possible to get the land registry documents from you and if possible your court transcript.

I need to file my defence by Friday.

There is no court transcript provided. If the Defendant wants a transcript, there is a very tasty charge - possibly in the region of £200+ Nothing in the court process comes cheap!
