Help to Buy ISA Portal - Contact number?

I'm attempting to receive a Help To Buy ISA bonus, and my solicitor has to fill in some details so I can receive this.
The website he has to visit is helptobuyportal.org.uk. If I visit this website on Internet Explorer, which I presume my solicitor has, it doesn't load at all. If I view it on another browser, it gives me a page saying that this website is untrusted and I have to give access to load it.
Does anyone know of a number I can contact about this? They have an email form, but this is in the website that he cannot access and I cannot find any reference to a number on the whole website. I'm at work, where the site won't load, and I also can't send in an email on my phone on the site because my phone doesn't have a high enough resolution to do so!
I complete on Friday so this is time sensitive, but this whole process is so needlessly convoluted it's ridiculous. A government website that doesn't even have the correct security certificates to allow it to load, unbelievable.
Thanks for any help.

Loads fine for me in Internet Explorer (v 11) and the security certificate is valid until 02.03.2018 - so no issue there.
I'd be inclined to suggest your solicitor upgrade his IT, or find another machine to carry out the required registrations.
This is the link to report technical issues:

But not sure whether you'll be able to get that or not.0 -

I've just tried it on multiple leading browsers (IE, Chrome, Edge) without any issues so suspect that you and/or he need to look closer to home for the source of any technical issue....
Edit: sorry, missed the reference to "the website that he cannot access"!0 -
This would tend to suggest that the conveyancer isnt registered on the portal?
If you are completing on Friday is there sufficient time to get the bonus anyway?
Has the conveyancer got the money from the bank/building society yet?0 -
Once I got home I realised that my solicitor had actually already registered on the portal and submitted a bonus request, but there were a couple of documents missing. I've sent him these documents and he's uploaded them to the case (I think!), so we just have to wait now.
My solicitor is very old school. He's been incredibly efficient throughout, but this is all new to him. I find it amazing that there's absolutely no way to phone anyone regarding this. Even now, once everything has been submitted, we just have to wait for an email reply and have no way of phoning for an update.
Thanks for all your replies, much appreciated.0
