DD was denied boarding on a KLM flight. She was given an overnight hotel, a voucher for food and got the first flight the next day. I believe she will be entitled to 250 euros but she had paid for a hotel on the night she should have traveled and could not use or cancel at such short notice. Is she entitled to ask for that cost back? I'm not sure about that one.
