credit card cash transfers

hi , if i pay a company with a cash transfer directly from my credit card into there bank account . through there bank ie walking into loyds and ask to do this . am i still protected for the purchase ? many thanks

You do realise that this isn't possible?

You would need to withdraw cash from an ATM with your credit card (100% not advisable, fees would be insane to begin with) and then use that cash to pay into whoever's bank account.

thats why i asked the question . i did not know if i went to the same bank as the card was issued from . ie lloyds and withdrew the money or if it was possible to pay direct to there account . as theres is a lloyds business account if would be covered in the same way . i understand i would not be ., so thank you for the info
