I've just had my bathroom done. Its 1.44mx2.6m so not massively different to yours.
We supplied:
Suite
Tiles
Towel holder/toilet roll holder
Bathroom cabinet
He supplied and fit everything else;
Tiles to 3 walls, 4th wall skimmed (we painted it)
Installation of the suite (toilet, bath, basin, shower attachment to the bath)
Rubber flooring (Sounds weird bit its much nicer than laminate)
Removal of some un-necessary boxing and moved toilet and bath backwards to create additional space
installation of false ceiling and installation of 5 spotlights
installation of bathroom cabinet
installation of accessories
moved light pull cord backwards
supplied and fit heated towel rail
All grout/UPVC/plaster etc
Pretty high standard, total cost for him was £1600. We also had an avocado suite so its a godsend having a nice new bathroom
If you don't already have an extractor fan or electric shower in the room, part P electric work will bump up your costs massively. He also took away all rubbish/old suite.
Edit: I need to add that included in that price was £54 for a new tap as the one that came with the suite wasn't suitable for our pressure system, and £120 for supply and fit of a new kitchen sink and tap, so need to knok that off his price.0
