Whatever you do dont fall for secondary scams with promises to recover your money for an upfront fee etcThe instructions on the box said 'Requires Windows 7 or better'. So I installed LINUX:D

Hi, I have just seen this thread and have also been caught up in this scam. I have been contacted by a group called Company Insolvency and Rescue Service Limited who are suggesting they can recover my investment. I believe these are also attempting to scam me. I have tried to join the Facebook site but am unable to find the site. Please advise how I can talk to somebody in this thread, or join the Facebook group to support your campaign against DCR0

What amazes me is how people who get scammed manage to actually accumulate money to be scammed with seriously ?The instructions on the box said 'Requires Windows 7 or better'. So I installed LINUX

If they hadn't accumulated any money there wouldn't have been any point in scamming them.
People who fall for scams are not stupid. Stupid people know they don't understand money and generally ask others for advice before they hand over a huge amount of it. People who fall for scams are clever, and convince themselves that their cleverness is the reason they've come across this amazing opportunity offering guaranteed returns far greater than less clever people get in their bank accounts and stocks and shares.
How do they accumulate the money: same as everybody else, surplus income or inheritance. Assuming your username is not ironic, how did you accumulate the money to gamble with?0 -
Its unfortunately the first (and hopefully last) time I have been scammed- At first I was gutted, felt so stupid and gullible at being taken in and losing my money I can ill afford to lose- My kids future but I obviously thought I was investing wisely (and also took advice)
Since meeting other people in the investor group, I realise that they are all clever people, well educated professionals and I now don't feel so bad- The police involvement and that they are taking it all so seriously has also helped.
Gambler 101- I hope you never find yourself in the situation I now find myself in.0
