No, wait for the moment. As per my post above, if you can clarify the post (for an Ebay rep to understand) add something along the lines of the 'item doesn't work on first use'. I know it's a fib, but it's an easier option for you.
On day 8, (to the second of opening) you can escalate the case. You can do this online or it might be better to ring and say the item isn't working (forget the counterfeit if you ring).
They will take up to 48 hours to return a decision, which will almost likely be in your favour.
The seller will be asked to provide you a returns label at this stage.....we can take the procedure from here at that stage.0 -
The item was advertised a UK product, it is not. The item item also does not work on first use.
Please refund me and provide a returns label.
Thank you.
Now i wait...............:(0 -
Yes, but don't worry about it. You have't had the ideal start but you've plenty of scope to get your money back. Just don't close the case.0

Seller sent return label this morning - so will get it posted back asap.0

Ideal. I'm assuming it has a tracking number, you can add that to the return if it isn't already added.0

Just been on Samsung Live Chat:The device is a genuine device, but it is showing as a non-eu device, so if there was an issue with it, it would not be able to be repaired within the EU.0

UK Flags a giveaway its not really a UK seller. They may have a UK address its shipped to and then forwarded on but when stocks are low it will be from China, and often its probably fake.
Wait until Samsung get 100's of calls about a device and they all have the same serial number.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
