How ludicrous, if they've already started the searches etc will they really pull out for such a petty reason? I doubt it, unless they were just looking for an excuse to pull out (in which case if not the shed then something else)0

After the original post was blanked, I posted it from the Internet cache @ 4:36 - see post: Since then the text has been largely replaced @ 4:49 - see original post with later timestamp. The cache had "She" so I think it should be when did "she" become "they"...When did "they" become "she"?
Perhaps "she" got a partner in those 13 minutes...0 -
Might I suggest you acquiesce to their demands.
I suggest you move the shed...and then rebuild it in the front room just before you leave.0 -
