Revolut-missing credit transactions

Does anybody here have experience with missing credit transactions to Revolut?
Their customer service is virtually non existent & I am about to tear my hair out!! I have checked with the originators bank as they suggested and all three transactions were authorised. Where can I turn to from here??? (The originators bank is in Germany and other transactions went through without any problems)

Cant help you except to say I have used their customer service helpline by messaging them and they have always replied fairly quickly

Funnily enough after posting on their Twitter someone looked into it and traced all three transactions and credited to my account, apparently they don't accept transfers from third parties due to safety reasons ��

If you read their terms and conditions you will find that there are restrictions on topping up accounts by none standard means.
