Because Mr Clutch didn't acknowledge the universal "Get Out Of Jail Free" card that having two sick babies entitles them to.

As the OP has not been back, i have my doubts this happened as i have search Mr Clutch on Trust Pilot and cannot find any review that resembles the OPs story

Perhaps the OP removed it so as to get their refund. Alternatively it could be one that Mr Clutch have asked to be removed.

if it was to get refund then why not come back and state that, strange that they post this for help to what should they do, but never return to get help.

There was a recently suspended review by a Kate which was under investigation. Given the OP's username is Katmath I suspect that may be the review in question.

The forum is full of trolls, 1 post gets everyone's back up as they know it's wrong and feed on the replies all night.


Come back with a bit of abuse to keep it going then create a new account, rinse and repeat.

NCC is correct.
The post in question has currently been removed from Trustpilot for breaching their guidelines.

Disgusting- avoid at all costs

Disgusting- avoid at all costs. Jason was rude & vile & sent us away as we were 10 minutes late for an mot appointment. We have 2 babies under 2 .... no sympathy for us at all - absolutely disgusted with the service. There used to be a very good friendly professional manager called Kim- the place has plummeted downhill since his departure. AVOID.

It's rare that I have sympathy for a decent sized company. They should be robust enough to accept they get it wrong on occasions but in this case I will make an exception.
