It's a court fine so there is no escaping it, the time to defend it was many years ago. The government plays by its own rules when collecting its own debts, As I have discovered from painful personal experience when refusing to pay the BBC tax.If you were not the driver write to the parking firm and tell them who was so they CANNOT hold you liable. The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0

its scary..i have recieved one this morning regarding an old TV license mess up,,and they mean business..but i think this one i should be able to resolve as i remember having correspondence with sutton megistrate court,
my only concern is about ten years ago,my circumstances changed dramatically,i couldnt put up with the payment of my credit cards and overdrafts,the sum of bad debt was roughly 15k and lucky enough i didnt get any CCJ my only fear is will they come and try to get this amount from me?:(..
This needs to be on the Debts board, not the parking forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
