Experian credit score is 0... Can this be right?!

Hello! I've been battling with debt problems and payday loans for a long time and finally decided to pull myself together and sort it out earlier this year.
I wasn't expecting miracles, but I've just logged on to Experian and my credit score is 0! I didn't even know it could get that low... Can this be correct?!

It can be. It's a random number between 0 and 999. It may be 999 tomorrow.
What do you files show - is all the data correct?0 -
Do you have any lines of credit showing? Bank account / mobile phone / credit card?
Are you using Experian's site direct or the MSE club?
