MBNA Low Transfer Limit?

in Credit cards
Hello,
I just signed up for an MBNA credit card.
The limit I was given was £3300 with 0% balance and money transfers for a set period.
I've just actived my card and logged in, but when trying to do either a money transfer or a balance transfer, it says:
Transfer rate:
rates
0.0% p.a. until 28 August 2018 on all Money Transfers made on or before 25 July 2017
A transfer handling fee will apply of 4.0% of the transaction
Maximum transfer amount at this rate:£115.94¹
n the screen where I can enter the amount I want to transfer.
Ideally I want to transfer as much of the £3300 as possible!
If I click on the link to increase my credit limit, it says my limit is £3300.
I haven't used the card yet and it appears my limit is £3300 with no spending as far as I can see?
Any ideas? I don't want to try and transfer £3xxx and then end up with that not being on the 0% rate.
Thanks!

Usually you can transfer 95% of your balance which is what I did with MBNADwy galon, un dyhead,
Dwy dafod ond un iaith,

What does that little 1 at the end of the amount relate to? That will be your answer.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. Sounds like they are already processing a BT you did on application.
