            The gaming is ps4.
 I have no clue either.
Maybe the son should be asking?0

you will also find a very similar PC with your spec on ebay, and they could add an extra hard disk, might be cheaper?
The question I would ask when they give you a price is, does that price includes VAT and delivery?, as 20% on £750 is not small change and you do not want extra costs.0

Plenty of reasonably good advice posted -though some conflict over graphics need!
Readily admit I know nothing about twitch!
Very sensible post by David just to put things in perspective.
You obviously feel the need to get something decent for your son that is both fast enough and capable enough for his wished for activities.
You can get a very decent pc for well under your £750 but you may also need to pay a fair amount for some high end gaming capability......but does he need it and will your network support it's speed or just restrict it?
You maybe ought to find out in some detail what your son will be using it for. As far as I know with twitch you can stream video to your pc to watch other gamers or you play in a game and stream up to twitch for others to watch. The latter is most demanding in terms of pc spec and the type of game being played determines graphics card need (if any!). Toms hardware

 tells us "What You'll Need
 A Good Computer
Although there are a few exceptions I'll outline below, you'll likely be doing most of your streaming from a computer. As far as specs go, Twitch recommends having at least an Intel Core i5-4670 processor (or its AMD equivalent), 8GB of RAM and Windows 7 or newer. "
a machine that will cost you a lot less than £750!!.
It recommends a two machine solution for playing and streaming up to twitch at the same time such as a PS4 (which he has already) and a PC BUT also broadband upload and download speeds to support. Maybe worth a read of the page before making any decision.
If you do need such an expensive machine as has been quoted then take note of Cisco, why throw away your existing windows licence?
As David says £750 is a lot to pay for a PC and great machines are available for much less.
Have you decided to just go to the local shop? If so then why not get them along to demonstrate in your home options on some machines and you can then see if any can be justified for purchase? It may be that the old machine had some problems slowing it down rather than just a slow PC? or any good cheaper machine than quoted will be more than adequate.
I admit to shooting in the dark a bit (no doubt some smart Alec will post back saying you need a top of the range gaming machine -it's not their money!) plus you have come here for ideas and advice to meet your son's desires as you too are shooting blind. You will get a range of opinion but a demonstration might be worth it's weight in.....well cash and satisfaction!0

Would be pleased if someone could authoritatively verify the above before sending the original poster off in the wrong direction!0
