Indeed, when I applied, first they didn't, but told me so.
Just had welcome pack (yesterday) and discount is included now

being "old style" person, wanted paper bills etc, they didn't offer, so be it...

Have you looked at Together Energy. For me (Fixed June 18) electricity:
Tariff: 11.658ppkWh
Fixed: 24.462ppd

No exit fees.

I have split elec and gas to get the best deals.

Bit cheaper! :money: , but just changed, also, unfinished with refund from GBEnergy... think will give it another month or couple, will see
