WOW Moonpenny - I think your cakes are gorgeous.
What have you used to wrap around the bottom tiers? I can see the duck cake is a blanket but are the others towels or hooded baby towels? Can I ask where you got them from because I had trouble finding a lemon hooded towel to buy on its own as they were all in packets of 3 with other colours.0 -
Candy B101 - i think your 3 tier cake looks lovely with the leaves on the roses personally.0

CandyB, Your Pink Eli cake looks gorgeous. Perfect ribbon match! Leaves look great – leave them on!
Nicky321, I just love your Mum2be cake. I like the way you have dressed the front of it by putting bottles etc on outside.
Thanks JuJu11, they are all blankets I’m afraid.
Yellow duck one – Primark. (Though they have changed pictures on them now)
Pink one – B&M £1.99 (stopped doing them in my area)
The ones in Home Bargains are almost the same but £2,99. The Teddy one is creamy/beige from B&M again. I think the yellow of sleepsuit is shining on it so it appears a bit yellowy.
Last wk I bought a gorgeous lemon blanket and hooded towel (with duck on) from Tescos, But they are quite expensive! Towel£5 & blanket £4., But when I bought them they had 20%off.0 -
Why is it, you always get an order in the colour of the blanket/towel that you don't have :rolleyes:A creative mess is better than tidy idleness
