Resolver wants bank account details

Made a claim for a delayed Swiss flight. They have responded and want my full bank account details. Is this genuine as I dubious about providing in depth bank details?

If this is a request from the airline, then 'yes' it is almost certainly legitimate, it is the easiest and cheapest way for airlines to pay. If the request comes from somewhere else, so check the email address, it should be xxx@swiss.com, then be wary but there have been few if any cases of people being robbed this way for flight delays
