I am in Debt to bt roughly £90 cause the dam indian call centres cant stand english and I have been trying to change my direct debit date for months now with them the question is they want to cut me off. Cause of their idiot Behaviour.
I was wanting to go to zen internet which seems to have way better reviews. I want to leave them and go with another company but to my stupidy I renewed contract not long ago with BT but to be honest I am totally feed up of their lack of communication skills with their customers and relying on indian call centres.
What would happen if i just leave bt and move to zen !

You are in contract as i understand from your confusing post .
If you just leave in contract then BT will ask for the remaining months to be paid .
Fail and they may send in debt collectors and trash your credit record .0 -
If you just leave then they will most probably sell your debt to a collection agency and you'll have the hassle of them for years to come. That would be the £90 you already owe plus whatever the ETC is for your remaining contract period.
I don't get why you are calling them to change the DD date though. It seems you can do it yourself online.

It seems like you haven't helped yourself in this situation.0 -
The biggest error was in some way renewing a contract which you were not satisfied with, Wait till you've completed the fresh minimum term and then just select a new provider and sign up - no need to talk to them again,0

Contracts don't have a stupidity break clause. If you have a problem with BT then you have to raise a complaint with BT. If you don't want to talk to them then visit https://www.bt.com/complain0
