Only Virgin that I know of allow this. However, the cost is barely less than having a package of both broadband and phone together..

Most ISPs now include line rental in the prices .
Want broadband without a line then mobile dongle or satellite .

The website is the new customer deals !

If you don't download much they do 30gb and 50gb a month deals if u ring up.

How can they RETAIN you if you aren't yet a customer?

Retention deals are for people who are out of the minimum term and decide to cancel.

New customer deals are always available, but they are generally made on packages of several services together.

I challenge you to find any provider offering broadband alone significantly cheaper than when packaged with telephone...
