    And the Prankster says

Gladstones epic fail on behalf of AM Parking

"The Department of Utter Incompetence has been in full swing at Gladstones recently, and this claim proved no exception."

I then got in my car and drove to the nearest Wetherspoons where I ordered a large breakfast and a pint of ale.

I was rather stunned to receive a cheque for £95 from Gladstone's in the post today. If only they had performed the rest of their business with such efficiency... ;-)

I expect their invoice to the PPC will be posted at the same time. What's the odds on it being considerably more than £95! :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They probably saw you were on here and had a queue of regulars just waiting to show you how to apply for a warrant of control ...

Enjoy your hard earned cash, well deserved.

Yep, likely everyone is a winner here (you, Gladrags and the advocate) except for the PPC.
