Great Deal?

My TalkTalk deal is at an end, which was basically a steal at the time - £10 a month 76Mbps Fibre (it was discounted for 18 months when I signed up and it didn't change at the last price rise either!) and line rental which I paid 12mths in advance, giving me effectively a monthly bill of £25.76. Renewed line rental six months ago for another 18 months which effectively gives me line rental £15.04 and my £10 deal for a monthly bill of £25.04.
I have Sky basic and movies which is also discounted to £28 a month, so the two things together are effectively £53 a month.
Despite phoning up three times there is no movement on the TalkTalk price, all they'll offer me is their £30 a month all-in deal as apparently they don't (or more likely won't) do anything outside of the all-in deals.
I spotted an offer on Now TV for a shade under £40 a month for 12 months which was phone, rental, fibre and two passes and I was tempted to go for this.
Phoned Sky up and they'll do me what I consider to be an amazing deal at £43 a month - discounted line rental, discounted fibre up to 40Mbps, free activation and router + an extra 10% off on the TV. This blows everybody else out the water from what I can see.
I think I should probably bite their hand off. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
