Paid money into credit card instead of Joint Account Help!

So I made a mistake this morning. I always pay most of my earning into my joint account for bills but today instead of putting it into Joint account I accidentally paid into Credit card. I assume there would be a cost to transfer the money over from credit to joint. I'm with HSBC and both of my accounts are with them. I…

I think you would be best to call them to explain what you have done and ask them if the money can be returned to you, but don't be too surprised if they either say no or make a charge to do it.
