    I love how UK CPM appear to do so little real checking as to whether they are actually allowed to ticket on Residential Estates and seem to be oblivious to the concept of a pre-existing lease ...
    They won't be so oblivious to DPA breaches once they start to roll in!

    Yes indeed, however that will be a while coming, most people are just relieved enough to get the ticket off their backs after their day in court.

    Lets hope the upcoming programme on them provides a bit of a spotlight on this.
