    Deserves a bump.

Some small claims cases are worth the time invested - consumers should always be supported against bullyboy firms, who should (Prankster's words):

''take a long hard look at themselves and the way they are lining their nests. If they can sleep soundly in their beds, knowing that their bank account is bolstered by money from people who did not legally owe it, but were scared into paying by their actions, then this says a lot about their moral character.''

    Indeed.

Oh dear, poor Gladstones beaten by those pesky people who know what they are doing. :rotfl:

Carry on the good work, hopefully one of these days Gladstones will be stupid enough to appeal against a decision

There is no reference in his article as to which PPC's were bringing the claims.

These are the 4 posters (not beds!) who won - do a forum search using their names as the search term and that should bring up their threads. The PPCs will be shown in them.

    - stephthechosenone

    - Jack Basta

    - MA61

    - Jinxycat
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

He didn't need to, he showed a link to the four usernames posted by me in a list, just like Umkomaas repeated today.

People can manage to take the simple step to read those threads if they want!

Ah yes, true. I liked how the advocate realised it was BS and fell on his sword ...

I love how UK CPM appear to do so little real checking as to whether they are actually allowed to ticket on Residential Estates and seem to be oblivious to the concept of a pre-existing lease ...
