Check out https://www.checkabook.com - it compares many book websites for both new and used books.
  • www.greenmetropolis.com is amazing. They donate a percentage to charity too!
  • i always buy my books from charity shops, unlike online buying the only extra you pay is your bus fare and not postage lol

I just found a few people selling BRAND NEW books which I need for £20-£25 each! The thing is, Waterstones, across the road, is selling them at £40-£45 per book, much easier to stay on my side of the campus and buy these books at discounted rates.

Only thing is, where the hell do these students get them from? Like other students, one of the Uni student offered me some books for sale, went to his car and he had his boot full of this, I first thought they could be stolen, but if it was they wont be selling at the Uni, especially where caermas are at.

I happen to come across 3 guys selling brand new books at half price!

There must be an answer to this? They say they are third years and they got a good contact, what does that mean?
