    railway land is exactly that , not relevant land and covered under bylaws, probably since they each had an act of parliament in victorian times when they were first sanctioned to be built under acts of parliament

    and as you read the signs and left promptly, the PPC failed the IPC CoP too

    I actually hope that gladstones do take this to court , and loose on "bylaws" at that point a transcript should be obtained and in any other cases where they try this again ,a counter claim should be made , no choice but to go thru the whole court ridicule again ,,, and again
