Compensation for delay due to fuel leak

Has anyone here successfully received EU261 compensation for a delay due to a fuel leak - a technical issue that I understand is common on Boeing aircraft.
As I understand it, a recent case in Denmark establishes that airlines are liable to compensate in these instances, but want to see what people's actual experience is:
