For those of us lucky enough to live near a UK airport with feeder flights to Amsterdam, KLM is a good choice.
Maybe, obviously a change though schiphol is slightly better than Heathrow, another change and longer travel times.
Maybe a risk of travelling on air France metal as well?0 -
BA would be well down my list of airlines to fly going east, the majority of middle and far eastern airlines are far better.
Going west is less clear cut, the us airlines are generally pretty poor, so BA is still a viable option to the new world.
Same here. For flying to Europe or the US I tend to stick with BA but anywhere "east of Suez" I would look elsewhere. I used to be a Silver card holder with BA but don't fly with them so much now so I'm down to being a lowly Bronze.0 -

BA passengers misery continues.
Cabin crew planning to strike from June 16th.
Cabin crew at British Airways have announced they will hold a four-day strike later this month, compounding the problems for the beleaguered airline which stranded 75,000 passengers at the weekend after an IT meltdown.
Unite members of the mixed fleet, set up in 2011 on inferior pay and conditions, will walk out from 16 June in a dispute over “poverty pay” at the airline. A proposed deal was reached in May, but one which included sanctions against crew who had been on strike and deprived low-paid staff of travel perks.
