Missed Flight Refund

We missed a flight with Ryan Air just by a couple of minutes. Now, we asked them to refund government imposed taxes but they told us that there is no government taxes in this ticket as it is an international flight! As far as I know there are government taxes everywhere and so it seems meaningless. Anyone know if they are…

Your boarding pass when you checked in quite clearly states that the gates close 30 minutes before the flight departs.

As others have said, the £13 APD will be wiped out by the £17 processing fee.

You were late (and seem to feel no compunction about delaying the flight for others as a consequence) - take the hit like an adult!!
