It's always a dead giveaway when an OP turns into a world class barrister within the day. But the really, really, really, big giveaway?? The investigating manager tells the person being investigated that he's firmly on the side of the person being investigated, and then proceeds to inform that person they're looking to make an example of the person and have prejudged the investigation. Really? I mean, really?? And no way does an original statement get set aside for one concocted at a later date.

So yes, sorry, today's your big management learning curve isn't it? People don't always tell the truth. I'm hoping it's just us that are being misled - concocting a story like this can get you sacked. Worse, it can get other people sacked.

I learned that if Toiletman goes down the bullying/harassment path

Just scan-read this and saw "Tottenham" - quite apt I thought. Must be after yesterday's great result!

I think you should both receive warnings for using a disabled loo when you clearly aren't! :D
