Basic phone and whatsapp

Hi
I want to go back to using a basic nokia 130.
The only problem is i am in a few whatsapp groups.
Can i put whatsap on a tablet or laptop and use it with my current account thats on my smartphone?

    Whatsapp requires a smartphone, Android, iPhone, WinPhone, Symbian, S40 or Blackberry.

    S40 is the closest to a dumbphone that you'll get to work.

    Ok thats interesting.it does say they are ending support for s40 in june though.
    I am not worried about having it on the phone but would it be an option to have it installed on an android tablet that i can check when i got home?

    you can't easily put 'WhatsApp' on a tablet but its possible

    But you can put 'WhatsApp' Web on a laptop but it has to work through a 'whatsapp' on a smart phone

    'Viber' will install & work on a tablet
