Get in touch with the Information Commissioner. They'll tell the bank what they believe you're entitled to. Just google ICO website and email them the facts. Best of luck - you shouldn't have had to put up with this xI have borrowed from my future self

About 10 year ago my bank began sending my monthly statements to the wrong person & address as he had the same name as my. i went to the bank a few time till they told me its solved
8.5 years later i found this person and he told me he is still getting post about my acc., faxes about big transactions also text msg. of my standing order etc.
anyone knows how much compensation am i entitled to claim for this breach of data protection?.
