Surely that means not to be used as a HMO, B&B / hotel or business premises, nothing to do with being let as private residence.Hi all,
Just wanted to vent really. Had completion date was about to exchange then...today our seller pulled out.
Our house has sold but also today they have a spotted a covenant that says our house is for a private (or personal) dwelling and they want to let it out (plenty of other ex council houses like ours are let..)

Thanks we wait to see what our buyer will do now...
Ref covenants: we probably did spot it but as we had no intention of letting it out, probably ignored along with boat/caravan in front garden one!
There is also one saying we shouldn't do anything to annoy our neighbours!!!!
