Yup. You have a normal statement date. If that date's a weekend it'll be the next Monday. 25 days later is the payment date. If that's a weekend it'll be the next Monday.

So that works out that 3 out of 7 payment dates will be Mon, 3 will be Fri, and 1 will be Tues. Not accounting for bank holidays which will shift things.
