Well I'm not really going to complain about ebay - to be honest there is a lot I like and I've generally been happy with customer service. But what I will do is put up a transcript of my conversation with their customer service and be interested to hear what others make of it.
Shutl are a reseller, like Parcel2go, Parcelmonkey etc.
The service for 1 day delivery is with UPS. I use it daily. It's superb, but not guaranteed. However, have you been in touch with Shutl themselves? They have excellent customer service and I'm sure if you go on their livechat during office hours you should be able to find a resolution.0
