Need locks on Bedroom doors

Sorry to revive this one... Can someone advise me as to the difference between a 73mm sashlock and a 63mm?

Which one would be better? My door is 44mm wide.

Also, it transpires that I need to fit 3 of these in total, on different rooms. How easy would it be to get a 3 separate keys for the locks, but have one master key which opens all of them?

there is an extra twist here.

you can also get them where you can lock from the inside so the outside can't open(even with a key).

this will give you a clue to the 63mm/73mm

with google it appears to be relatively easy to source
