    Much lower rent.

    More importantly, much lower business rates (taxes) as they are exploiting a loophole.

    Some people may not be bothered by this, but others will.

    Where i live,B and Q and Homebase are on industrial estates,at least you can get parked.

    Normally planning laws don't permit this.

    If they are on an industrial estate, they should still be rated as retail, and will likely be paying retail rates to the council.

    They will also be regulated by pricing regulations via Trading Standards, and any claims about discounts will need to follow the rules.

    My friend got a parking ticket in Homebase's car park a while ago as you are only allowed 2 hours in there!

    Highlight the text then use the link button and it will associate the highlighted text with the link that you enter
